On Saturday, April 25, Encompass World Partners is holding a virtual memorial service to mark the 10-year anniversary of Dadje Samuel’s passing. Dadje was a Chadian evangelist and church planter who gave his life to sharing the gospel and was an integral part of Encompass history. Pray that God will bless this gathering as we praise Him for how He used Dadje to impact so many. You are invited to join along with his friends and coworkers as we retell his story, hear reflections from those who knew him best, and share how he impacted lives for Christ. Time: 3:00pm (EDT) // 12:00pm (PDT) // 20:00 (Africa) // 21:00 (France) Link:

Dear in Christ

The situation in Ndele (north of the country) is still unsatisfactory as three churches have been burnt down and one is The Church of the Brethren. The servants are hunted like game. The population is taken hostage by the Sudanese mercenaries ndiandiawi.

Despite the presence of the United Nations in the area.

Let us pray that the Lord will intervene for this peaceful and innocent population in need of the Gospel.

Fraternal greetings

I would appreciate your prayers. On Wednesday night, 8 pm French time, a colleague (Raphaël Anzenberger, a french friend who is on staff with Ravi Zacharias' Ministry) and I will hold a live webinar on "Covid-19: I accuse God!" (it will be in French!). About 700 have signed up, many should be interacting. Would you pray for (1) clarity in our talks (2) wisdom in our answers (3) non-Christians to dare come on and interact with us. Many thanks. Florent

Beloved in Christ, receive our warmly Easter greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We the Grace brethren Church in Nigeria present our condolence to the families who lost their beloved’s one as a result of COVID-19 epidemic. We are continually praying to GOD Almighty for his mercy and divine intervention to arrest this world epidemic.

Here in Nigeria, we are experiencing great number of cases in the Federal Capital Territory, Lagos and Ogun State which resulted in the lockdown of these cities. As we are talking to you, many of our members including orphans, widows and less privilege people are trapped down by this unexpected strict movement restriction. Our major challenge created by this lockdown, is hunger and other basics needs of human life.

Sir as an association of grace Brethren Churches, we sincerely use this medium to request for your prayers and other supports.

Thank you

Pray for the S. family who have chosen to stay in Chad: that they may continue to place all their trust in God and not worry despite the stress of the situation.

Pray for the work in the community centre supervised by M.: they are progressing well but the present situation makes us fear for the supply of materials at a reasonable price. This centre is intended to be a place for training to create links with different communities in the city.

This past Saturday evening, the keyboardist (only 50 years old and basically healthy) from our music team passed away from COVID-19. He and his family were a beloved, longtime part of our church, and his loss to us is devastating, though we rejoice that he is with his Savior now.

Now his wife and father-in-law are hospitalized with COVID-19 infections, as well, and his father is hospitalized for a presumed stroke.

Please pray for the Matos family as they grieve the loss of a husband, a son, a father, and a brother. Please pray for the family's recovery from their own bouts with this terrible disease. Please pray that Jesus' name may be made famous through the testimony of the family and our church as we grieve and serve together.

Thanks, Charis Family ... I am so very grateful for you all.
